These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern your use of the Squadraft mobile application (hereinafter, "Squadraft", "we", or "the app"), operated by Ignacio Montaldi under the trade name "Squadraft", reachable at support@squadraft.app.
By downloading, registering, or using the app, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Squadraft is an application for managing amateur football and other team sports groups. It allows you to:

You must be 18 years or older to register an account. By doing so, you declare under oath that you meet this requirement.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by writing to support@squadraft.app. Upon deletion:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in these practices, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.
Squadraft offers a Pro plan with advanced features, with the price disclosed within the app in Argentine pesos (ARS). The price may be modified with prior notice within the app or by email to active subscribers.
Payments are processed via MercadoPago (Mercado Libre S.R.L.). By subscribing to the Pro plan, you accept the MercadoPago terms and policies applicable to the payment method you use.
Tax receipts are issued in accordance with Argentine regulations applicable to Ignacio Montaldi as operator of Squadraft. You may request a copy of your invoice by writing to support@squadraft.app.
Under Article 34 of Argentine Law No. 24,240, you have the right to withdraw your acceptance of the Pro plan within 10 calendar days of subscription, without stating a reason and at no cost. To exercise this right, write to support@squadraft.app. The refund will be processed through the same payment method within the usual timeframes of the payment provider.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no prorated refunds are issued, except in the case of the withdrawal right in section 4.4.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Squadraft (profile picture, group information, match data, comments). By using the app, you grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content within the app, solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and for having the necessary rights to do so.
The source code, design, brand, logo, texts, and other elements of Squadraft are the property of its owner. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights over Squadraft's intellectual property beyond the right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
Squadraft is provided "as is" and subject to availability. We commit to maintaining the service in reasonable operating condition, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, feature changes, or temporary suspensions without prior notice when required for technical, security, or legal reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in this clause limits the non-waivable rights that Law No. 24,240 grants to consumers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will publish the date of the last update at the top of the document and notify substantial changes within the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your relationship with Squadraft at any time by deleting your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Salta, Province of Salta, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring an action before the courts of their domicile under Article 36 of Law No. 24,240.
